We receive and feed between 80 and 100 children in various stages of malnutrition every week. We feed them specialised, high-calorie food and bouille – a nutritious drink made from sorghum flour, maize, soya with added milk, sugar and vegetable oil. Sometimes one 400 ml cup of the drink can make the difference between life and death.
