Lack of communication is much more than discomfort. It is not knowing if your loved ones are safe. It’s a lack of warnings about missiles. It’s not being able to call the police or an ambulance when people are in urgent need of help in buildings without heating or light.

Darkness, cold and now no information. Nothing warns of incoming rockets. City dwellers are isolated as never before. Some are disabled and sick.

Points of invincibility are places where, during a total blackout, Ukrainians can stay warm, receive basic medical assistance, charge their phones and use communications. Let’s help equip places that provide basic assistance and access to information to keep people safe.
